Bonus and Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. This bonus is subject to a 10x wagering requirement.
For example:
- ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500
- ৳12,000 deposit → ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳20,000
The bonus amount will not exceed ৳8,000 regardless of the amount deposited.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Before withdrawing bonus funds, you must place bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount received. If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus may be cancelled.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- Only one bonus offer may be used at a time.
- hp9999 reserves the right to change or withdraw bonus offers.
- In cases of fraudulent or abusive bonus claims, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
- Bonus funds are not the same as cash — they cannot be withdrawn before specific conditions are met.
Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 General Betting Rules

- Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless a cash-out facility approved by hp9999 is available.
- hp9999 reserves the right to void incorrect odds given due to a technical error.
- If an event is cancelled or left incomplete, bets on that event will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.
- Bets connected to match fixing or other fraudulent activity will be cancelled.
6.2 Casino Game Rules
Slots, live casino, bingo, and other casino games operate according to their own gameplay rules. All games are conducted under fair play principles. Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is regularly verified.
6.3 Prohibited Activities
- Using bots, automated software, or other improper tools.
- Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
- Coordinating with other users to conduct fraudulent betting activity.
- Exploiting any vulnerability or error in the platform.
VIP Program Terms
The hp9999 VIP program has three tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
You can advance to a higher VIP tier through continued betting activity. VIP benefits may change at the discretion of hp9999. The terms for each VIP tier are set by hp9999 and are subject to change.
VIP cashback funds are automatically added to eligible accounts within the designated time each week.
Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion
